I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy pod on Inis Mor, and I must say, the culinary experience was a highlight of my trip! After a day exploring the stunning cliffs-dare I say, even more impressive than the Cliffs of Moher-I indulged at Joe Watty's Bar. It captured that traditional Irish pub vibe beautifully while serving a menu brimming with fresh, local flavors. Now, I love a good breakfast, and the views here were absolutely breathtaking. Picture this: enjoying a hearty meal as the morning sun casts golden light over the beach. The ambiance was relaxed, allowing us to take our time and soak it all in. In between meals, I appreciated the nearby supermarket stocked with freshly baked goods and local produce; perfect for grabbing a snack or coffee on the go. This island truly exceeded my expectations, both for its natural beauty and for its local culinary delights. I can't wait to return!
